REGULATORY AFFAIRS LEADERS

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

​

Your most important tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

​

1.  Be the interface between the RA department and all other departments and customers for RA aspects and support our customers in the Regulatory process

2.  Manage regulatory audit/inspection preparation as well as internal audits

3. Carry out responsibilities in strict compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to the business

4. Investigate and report all customer complaints

5. Work independently with the different divisions and management and manage the departmental budget

6. Perform notifications in Be, FR…

7. Approve labelling and marketing tools

 

QUALIFICATIONS

​

For this important and interesting function with real quality related authority, we are looking for candidates who already have several years of relevant experience in quality and regulatory affairs. Good candidates should also fullfill the following requirements:

 

1. Master’s degree (or more) in chemistry/biochemistry/biology or qualification by experience in a similar role

2. Good English communication skills (oral and written): knowing an additional major language is a plus

3. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint): knowing SAP is an advantage

4. Proven leadership and coaching skills and the ability to drive changes

5. Be flexible, organized and conscientious

6. Be results driven, autonomous and a self-starter

7. Have high Integrity standards and be rigorous in how you work

8. Possess a real team spirit with strong communication skills

9. Have a customer focus and be solution-oriented

10. HACCP & ISO 22000 knowledge is a plus
