INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
Oral solution. Shake before use. Using the measuring cup, take 30ml/day.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
Maintaining the roll-on downside, apply by circular movements on concerned area (muscles and tendons) before, during or after physical activities. Spend a few minutes, or as long as desired, massaging the product onto the skin. Remember to thoroughly wash hands after each use. Ask your pharmacist and/or doctor for advice. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest or put in eyes. Do not apply to damaged skin. Do not use if with salicylate sensitivity, when using anticoagulant medication, after major surgery, haemophilia or other bleeding disorders.
